EVENT TICKET BOOKING CONDITIONS

 

PAYMENT

Event tickets must be paid for in full at the time of ordering.

TICKET PRICES

All prices stated are fully inclusive. The difference in the face value and our selling price includes for UK VAT, credit/debit card charges, plus where applicable premiums payable on the pre-purchase of tickets, provision for currency fluctuation, speculative loss on unsold tickets and operating costs.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your event tickets you must tell us in writing. Cancellation will only be made on the date that we receive your letter. Verbal notice of cancellation will not be accepted. In the event of a cancellation we shall attempt to resell the tickets. If the tickets are not resold no refund will be made. If the tickets are resold we shall refund the client the monies received less 25% of our original selling price.

LOSS OF TICKETS

Steve Millard will not be responsible or liable to replace at its cost tickets which are mailed at the request of the client. Whereinsoever possible it will seek the co-operation of the principal for replacement, which will be at the cost of the client if so required, by the principal.

UNUSED TICKETS

We are unable to make any refunds on unused, lost or mislaid tickets.

FORCE MAJEURE

Steve Millard accepts no responsibility for and shall not be liable in respect of loss or damage or charges or cancellation caused by “force majeure” i.e. circumstances outside our control, e.g. cancellation or delay in the start of the event, war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disasters, fire or adverse weather conditions.

ENGLISH LAW

English Law shall apply to any claim made against Steve Millard and all proceedings shall be within the exclusive domain of the English Courts.
